  • Pet Sounds by The Beach Boys
  • The Velvet Underground and Nico by The Velvet Underground and Nico
  • Grotesque (After the Gramme) by The Fall
  • Et moi et moi et moi by Jacques Dutronc
  • Jane Birkin & Serge Gainsbourg by Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg
  • Psychocandy by The Jesus and Mary Chain
  • Townes Van Zandt by Townes Van Zandt
  • Horses by Patti Smith 
  • Voice of Chunk by The Lounge Lizards
There are hundreds of great albums out there. But, listen to these first. They will change your life. 


Now, for a little bonus, here are some "artists" that I recommend AVOIDING AT ALL COST!!!!

  • David Bowie
  • The Talking Heads
  • The Beatles (and any other project any of them are involved in)
  • Blondie
  • Bob Dylan
  • Bruce Springsteen (THE WORST OF ALL)
If you want an education on music you must not listen to these "artists".

We have CD's now, we have tape recordings, we have the radio constantly playing when driving. The most recent seems to be the rise in the music video (the most pointless of all). Dreyer Les Diaboliques by H.G.
